Human Partners for Development and Empowerment was established to contribute to the achievement of comprehensive and integrated human development in light of the accelerating changes and to meet the humanitarian challenges represented by the increasing effects of globalization to serve the Arab and global issues through the use of modern methods in identifying effective training needs in preparing and building capacities of individuals,

and developing the necessary knowledge at all of the social, economic, educational and political levels to make sure that they live at decent standards of living, and help them to become creatively productive, so as to enjoy self-esteem and sense of belonging in order to enable all-encompassing empowerment for the mass community.

Our Goals

  • Establishing international, regional and local cooperative partnerships to support projects and programs in the field of human resources development and exchange of experiences and training tools for all categories and sectors, especially professional ones, on which the comprehensive development of societies is based.
  • Building the capacity of institutions and individuals and empower them to improve their social, economic and political realities in order to make positive and effective change in societies.
  • Providing consultancy in the various fields of engineering, education, administration, technical and finance for individuals and institutions through a qualified staff with experience and high efficiency in these areas.
  • Organizing volunteer programs and voluntary development activities that serve the humanitarian community and contribute to spreading the culture of training and investing in human resources.
  • Providing a strong training base to meet all requirements for global and local markets based on knowledge to raise quality standards.
