Ministry of Labor
Since its establishment, the Ministry of Labor has been responsible for achieving the general objectives of labor and workers affairs in the Kingdom, and keeping pace with social and economic developments. The Ministry of Labor is one of the service ministries that seek to provide services to citizens, and the most prominent of these services are: supervising labor and workers affairs, contributing to the organization of the Jordanian labor market, employing Jordanians at home and abroad ... etc.
Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs
The Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs is considered one of the most influential ministries in Jordan for its great role in the field of democratic empowerment and political upbringing. Since its establishment it has played a role in achieving its mission towards promoting a culture of excellence, good governance, sustainable development and improvement in accordance with distinguished practices, and activating its role and goal in raising awareness, political empowerment and rooting the concepts of the civil state.
Ministry of Youth
various workshops and seminars was conducted in partnership with the ministry of youth and the Youth Leadership Development Center in various topics to build the leadership skills of youth and empower them to be an effective member of society.
Directorate of general security
we participated in the “Our Children Our Future” program with Public Security Radio ,the program was about awareness of the dangers of drugs, where the importance of social and psychological aspects in dealing with the issue of drugs is discussed, whether in awareness, confrontation or addiction treatment.
USAID
We were part of training for employment program funded by USAID and in cooperation with the Technical Vocational Training Academy. we trained and employed the youth in various occupational fields and for all ages and educational qualifications after making various partnerships with employers to put the program goal into action , to reduce the high unemployment rates among them.

University of Jordan
The University of Jordan is a top leading institute in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan,and in accordance with Human Partners, we seek to enhance educational training by providing active learning courses, as well as offering diplomas in various fields such as English diplomas for students and English teaching diplomas that apply the local and international standards for education, which is the premise of the University of Jordan’s work.

Princess Sumaya University is a leading technical education institution , that Human Partners aim through its partnership with the university to support the technical section , and to start specialized technical and vocational training , and following the same . standards that the university supervises the application of in all the courses that Human partners offer .
Al-Khwarizmi Technical University College
Our partnership with Al-Khawarzmi College will create numerous training opportunities for the youth and youth leaders, from different Jordanian governorates. Suggested topics include but not limited to renewable energy, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, Internet of things, learning engineering programs such as AutoCAD and Revit, graphic design programs such as 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Along with providing certified first aid workshops, life and management skills.
Arab Federation of Coaching
Third Arab coaching conference and training course, titled: preparing CPCs (Certified Practitioner Coaches), run by Human Partners for Development and Empowerment, Jordan University, and the United Arab Coaching. Over 100 Participants joined, training specialist from around the Arab world.
Arab Coaches Union
The Arab Trainers Union is an Arab accreditation organization in the League of Arab States that works to consolidate the training profession and accredit trainers and workers in the field of training with an approved certificate in all Arab countries. Training of trainers ( TOT ) courses have been held in cooperation with the Arab Trainers Union, to train the Jordanian youth on the strategies to manage and design youth activities.
S.D.F GmbH
Based on our belief that preserving the environment is one of the most important contemporary issues; an exclusive agency agreement was made with S.D.F GmbH company in Germany, to work on various solid waste recycling projects that the company decided to implement in Jordan.
Automotive Technology Academy
We held human development programs funded by USAID and in cooperation with the Technical Vocational Training Academy. The main purpose of the program to train and employ the Jordanian youth in addition to Syrian refugee in various occupational fields and for all ages and educational qualifications , to reduce the high unemployment rates among them.
Society for protecting family violence victims
Family counseling sessions and “Preparing a family and educational guide” course within the programs of the Society for the Protecting Family violence Victims and the Canadian Embassy in addition to early marriage counselling courses, Verbal violence against children and Lectures on emotional separation in our families and its impact on children.
Osraty
a lot of discussion session, lectures and events were organized in corporation with the Jordanian Association for Training and Family Guidance “Osraty”, and a series of lectures was held within the " Giving with Love " initiative in cooperation with them including: lectures on emotional separation in our families and its impact on children and the language of dialogue with children, and how to deal with children in their youth and adolescence, and taking care of the family and themselves.
Arab Anti-Narcotics Authority
A campaign which includes lectures, forums and seminars has been held to fight drugs consuming in the Arab community in accord with the Arabian Council Against Drugs. In order to reduce the social and health consequences caused by drugs on youth in particular.
Hikma Pharmaceuticals
Lean management” techniques workshop was offered to the head departments of Al-Hikma Pharmaceutical Company to learn about the latest and most effective management techniques to run a successful organization.
Sameh Mall
an exclusive agreement was signed with Samah Mall in partnership with the Technical Vocational Academy for training and employment of new hires, which is funded by USAID. The goal of the project is to employ 1,000 unemployed individuals for the year of 2020 for the new branches of Sameh Mall, which are located in various governates in Jordan.
Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co.
An agreement was signed with classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. to employ between 300 and 500 employees to work in sewing at their various branches that are spread around the kingdom As part of the USAID-funded Training for Employment Program.
Nafisa Sweets
As part of the USAID funded program “ training for employment”, an agreement was signed with Nafeesa sweet to employ youth to work at their various branches and shops.
