In a distinguished international participation, Dr. Saeda Al-Manshawi, Director General of Human Partners for Training and Education, moderated the third session titled “Learning Without Borders” at the International Forum for World Quality Day 2025.
The event was organized by the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (UNESCO RCQE) under the patronage of H.E. Yousef Al-Benyan, Minister of Education in Saudi Arabia, and attended by H.E. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Medaires, Director General of the Center, along with elite educational leaders.
Session Highlights: During the session, Dr. Al-Manshawi led discussions on critical topics regarding the future of education:
AI & Quality: Dr. Chokri Barhoumi (UNESCO Knowledge Management Specialist) discussed AI’s role in shifting from “Reactive Quality” to “Proactive Quality” in educational institutions.
Digital Transformation: Dr. Zamakhsyari Bin Hasballah Thaib (Rector of Universitas Dharmawangsa, Indonesia) presented a pioneering case study on how digital transformation enhances educational equity and learning experiences.
